Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made within ninety (90) days or less before the scheduled arrival date are 100% non-refundable. By confirming your booking and making the required payments, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Wisconsin. Processing fees may not be refundable for any cancellations.
Participant Responsibilities
By joining the retreat, the Participant acknowledges that yoga and related activities require physical exertion and confirms they are in good physical condition to participate safely. The Participant agrees to inform the Host of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may impact their participation.
All instructions provided by the Host and retreat instructors regarding safety, yoga postures, meditation, and other activities must be followed. Respect for fellow participants, instructors, staff, and local residents is essential. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.
The Participant understands and accepts the inherent risks of the retreat, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. By participating, the Participant assumes all such risks and releases the Host and retreat instructors from any liability.
Health & Safety
The Host will take reasonable measures to ensure the well-being of all participants. However, the Participant acknowledges that a completely risk-free environment cannot be guaranteed and agrees to take personal responsibility for their own safety.
Insurance
The Participant is responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability, before attending the retreat.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing this Deposit, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above. Participation in the retreat is voluntary, and all associated risks are assumed by the Participant.
